Rob Hasz
Rob grew up on a farm in Eastern Colorado, enabling him to understand the world of agriculture from broader aspects. In 1997 he started the crop insurance industry by becoming a crop adjuster with one of the largest AIPs in the US. He grew the position by moving on to a travel team taking him across the United States from Colorado to Florida. This gave him a broader understanding of a variety of crops and the industry of agriculture, with perils rare in Colorado. He also worked on a team to develop a mapping system that has become one of the most valuable tools in crop insurance today. With great regret, he left the company and decided to go out and become an agent. As an independent agent, he partnered up with a colleague in 2005 specializing in crop insurance. Recently after the passing of his colleague, he and his wife partnered up and, by combining over 27 years of experience in the industry, have created Hasz Insurance.
He takes great pride in understanding your farming operation and working with you, the farmer, to find the best risk management tools to better your farm.
Soc Hasz
Soc has lived in Eastern Colorado since 1987 and married a local farmer. Before that, she had been in agriculture for most of her life.
In 1997 Soc and her friend decided they needed a career that enabled them to be working moms and businesswomen. So Socorro took this new crop insurance business venture and did precisely that.
For over 24 years, she has taken every client/farmer's business to heart. Her passion for understanding and assisting the farmer in the world of crop insurance is unbeatable.
Jade Hasz
Jade has been at the agency since 2019. She graduated from CU Denver with a degree in Risk Management and insurance. She became a licensed agent while pursuing her college degree and became a crucial part of both Rob & Soc’s Agencies. Growing up with both parents in the crop insurance industry, it was an easy transition for her to become a key player in our businesses. Her exceptional organizational qualities, persistence, and knowledge have streamlined the office.
Kathy Pfost
Kathy grew up in Eastern Colorado on a farm and ranch. She teamed up with Soc in their early years of crop insurance and has been a critical player in our business. Kathy continues to help service and work with our office anywhere needed. If you see her out and about, you never know what part of the businesses she assists with, from filing to delivering mail or enjoying a conversation. Kathy continues to farm and ranch in Eastern Colorado.
Adelita Jujan
Our Bright smile when you enter the office; Adelita came to work with us in October 2022. She has been the leader in office organization, task manager, and just a breath of fresh air. With her calm demeanor, she easily handles all tasks that cross her desk, even in overwhelming times of the year. She keeps that smile and calms the office environment.
Krista Hatfield
Our newest agent Krista came aboard in 2021. Krista has been in the real estate business for over 20 years, and with the ever-changing economy, she has decided to team up with us. Krista is willing to go above and beyond to broaden her knowledge to serve our farmers/clients best.
We look forward to many years of a great working relationship with Krista, as she will be a substantial asset to our team.
Deborah Lang
Debbie started her career in agriculture in the beautiful islands of Hawaii, working for the NRCS-FSA office in Molokia for many years before transferring to southeastern Colorado. She will tell you she came from a “sea of water to a sea of land.” After over 20 years with the NRCS and relocating to Grand Junction, Colorado, she began a new career in crop adjusting. Her exceptional skills and understanding of perennials enabled her to team up with Rob and become our expert agent in perennials. She is a breath of fresh air and a bucket full of knowledge. Debbie services her farmers/clients with over-the-top services that should be bottled for future use.
Rocky
Don’t be alarmed when you see this beefy. (Bring treats!) Rocky has been working with us since 2019. He has brought nothing but slobber, hair, and kisses to our team. Most of all, his contributions have been hard to compete with.
Asia Kalcevic
Asia started with the Hasz team in February of 2023 as their Social Media Coordinator and Designer. She has created the new website, been working on the social media presence and pages. She graduated from Colorado State University in December of 2022 with a Bachelor's in Communications. Her agricultural background mixed with her Communications degree and past experience in marketing allows her to be a fantastic addition to the team! She works remote so you won't see her at the office, but you might just catch her in the field working on her family's farm or in the Colorado mountains.
